Waktu ke Singapur minggu lalu, saya makan kue ini di resto Sakura. Enaaakkss banget. Bikin Ira (http://rkemalawati.multiply.com) dan saya bolak balik ke meja dessert.
Senin pagi, sakau crepes duren ini. Langsung ngacir ke toko buah, cari duren. Bikinnya cepet banget... apalagi klo bikin crepesnya tebal2 hahaha

This dessert is...to die for! Sumpaaah!!
Ingredients:
Bahan Crepe:
200 gram terigu (saya pakai 150 gram terigu + 25 gram maizena + 25 gram susu bubuk)
3 butir telor
400 ml susu (saya pakai air)
3 sdm gula pasir
70 gram margarin, lelehkan
1/2 sdt vanilla extract
sedikit garam
Durian filling:
450 gram daging durian, haluskan pakai sendok
150 gram krim kental, kocok sampai naik
---> campur jadi satu, simpan dalam kulkas sebelum dipakai
Directions:
Membuat Crepe:
- aduk bahan kering jadi satu
- masukkan telor, aduk pakai whisk
- tuang air/susu + mentega leleh, aduk rata
- kalau masih ada yang gerindilan, boleh disaring
- panaskan wajan dadar anti lengket (saya pakai uk. 16 cm)
- beri sedikit minyak
- tuang adonan secukupnya (kurang lebih 3/4 sendok sayur ukuran sedang)
- goyangin wajan supaya adonan rata
- masak sampai matang dan pinggiran adonan berwarna pinggirannya kecoklatan, dan bagian bawahnya ada alur atau urat kecoklatan
- kerjakan sampai adonan habis, dinginkan.
Penyelesaian:
- ambil selembar crepe yang sudah dingin
- beri 1 sdm adonan isi, gulung sambil dipadatkan
- simpan dalam chiller selama kurang lebih 30 menit
- makan deh...

2011R #25: BANANA CUPCAKE with CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

cupcake lagi, cupcake lagi.. jangan bosen yes!
Di rumah punya pisang ambon lumut yang matang, dan ultah temen kantor (Fernando) kamis kemarin. Tadi malam jadi deh, banana cupcake..
Punya cream cheese, unsalted butter, dan icing sugar.. jadi deh cream cheese frosting!
Supaya frostingnya enak, pakai cream cheese enaks ya? Saya biasa pakai merk Philadelphia atau Anchor.
Kombinasi banana dan cream cheese, cucok banget! Enak buat kawan minum kopi. Yuk mareee...
Saya bawa 12 buah ke kantor buat Fernando's birthday cupcakes!

Ingredients:
Banana cupcakes:
125 g (4oz) butter
175 g (6oz) sugar
2 eggs
2 large mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp Baking soda
2 Tbsp boiling milk
1 tsp baking power
225 g (8oz) flour
Cream cheese frosting:
450 g cream cheese, softened
120 g butter, softened
250 g sifted confectioners' sugar
5 ml vanilla extract
---> In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners' sugar. Store in the refrigerator after use.
Directions:
- Cream butter & sugar till light and fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in mashed bananas.
- Add baking soda that has been dissolved in hot milk.
- Lastly mix in sifted flour & baking powder. Dont overbeat the batter.
- For a cake bake it in a 20cm ring pan on 170 C (325 F) for about 45 mins.
- This mixture will produce around 18 standard size cupcakes and they are baked at 170 C (325 F) for approx 18-25 mins.
- You want them to be light golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
